Q: Why are some spells split into a few lines in spell details?
A: We break down spells by in game effects, not just by name. If a spell is implemented as multiple effects, each will get it's own counter. For example, Lifebloom is really two different effects: the HoT part and the final bloom part

Q: I've got a great idea, how can I get in touch with you?
A: You can post suggestions and bug reports at our forum.
Browser compatibility
Q: The site doesn't work in IE 8!
A: The graphs are broken unless you have enabled compatibility mode - press the button circled in red next to the location bar. We do recommend you to switch to another browser, like Firefox or Chrome.
Q: Why is the site so slow in Internet Explorer
A: IE isn't the fastest javascript engine available - and since we use javascript extensively to calculate and draw on the report pages, the performance suffers. To make it worse, IE lacks quite a few features Webkit (Apple Safari, Google Chrome) and Gecko (Firefox, Mozilla) based browsers have - like the Canvas tag we use to draw graphs. Since that has to be emulated with even more javascript, report pages don't feel very fast.
Q: The graphs don't work in Opera
A: Opera pre 9.5 have several bugs in their canvas implementation, leading to very weird looking pie charts. It should be fixed in a more recent version. If you still have problem, please make a post on the forum and we'll take a look at it.
