The system to apply a premium upgrade to a Battle.net guild is still under development so the final step to activate an upgrade is completely manual. If you send us an email to email@example.com with the following information, we'll try to process this request as soon as possible.
- A link to the guild page (as you can be in multiple guilds)
- Preferred: the reference ID that looks like 3AG85462XK143494D in the email so we can search for it by ID. If you can't find it, the Battle.net Battle Tag or your account login name can also be used.
Sorry for the inconvenience. When the system is fully functional we'll add some bonus time to your account for the trouble.
There are also a few UI issues caused by this:
- Your profile page will still complain about not used subscriptions. It's a cosmetic issue, you can verify the account type on the new guild home page.
